must be a registered retail member, and logged into
your account at the time of order, to participate.

Points
are awarded for the paid merchandise total of your
order. Shipping Costs, Sales Tax and Items paid
for with Points do not earn points. Points are calculated
after any and all available credits and/or discounts
have been applied. |

| 3. |
Points
can only be used for the purchase of merchandise.
Points cannot be used to pay for Shipping Costs,
Sales Tax or Gift Certificates. |

| 4. |
Points
awarded for merchandise purchased and then returned
will be deducted from your account at the same rate
in which they were applied. This also applies to
items that may be unable to ship or are canceled
prior to shipping. |

| 5. |
Points
do not expire and can be used any time following
the transaction in which they were earned. |

| 6. |
Points
are non-transferrable.. |

Points
cannot be redeemed for cash. |
